I love feeling the first rays of sun as it rises above the ocean, the alpine glow of sunset in the snow, the rumble of thunder, snuggling up with a good book (or was that Chris?), passion fruit, raspberries and the odd bit of chocolate.

I was given my first camera for Christmas when I was about eight years old. I had a magical time photographing the cat and my brother on his bike. However from memory I finished the film the camera came with and promptly went onto my next interest.

I didn’t really pick up a camera in earnest again until my mid 20’s when I participated in a recreational Black and White photography course. Oh what magic it was (and still is) to see an image slowly appear in the darkroom.

My passion is people. For me co-creating a portrait is an intimate connection between myself and who I am photographing. It is a sacred process which allows honesty and creativity to flow. I feel so honoured to be allowed into such a space. This is where the true magic happens.

I have always felt a deep knowing and desire to make a difference in the world and as I adventure through life I am discovering my true purpose. I realise that it is not what I am or what I do that defines me. I am a beautiful, creative, human being, and my commitment is to live my life with honesty, respect, love and playfullness, and to gently help others awaken to their connection to our planet earth and their beautiful real selves.

I am so grateful for all the wonderful wise mentors, friends and guides who have gently encouraged me throughout my life to be the best that I can be. Thank you to you all. Especially my family - Daryn, Alan, Ray, Mum and Dad, Grandma and Grandpa, to Chris my soul mate, best friend, father of our chidren (still coming into being), and to Kathleen for the most exquisite coaching, guiding, mentoring on the planet. Big hugs and kisses to you all.
